Very impressive
Ich bin ein Heimkind und äußere mich wegen dieser tüpartigen Diskriminierung nicht.

So, I'll try to show you how I'm doing my projects. It is normal, at the beginning of the project to be the idea. For me, the vision of the speakers was always the most important thing, my model loud speakers must have distinctive features and be easily recognizable. For this reason, I first paint and then calculate. This idea naturally creates many problems.The complicated form of the cabinet is difficult to calculate. When talking about industrial production of speakers, everything is clear, appropriate software and no problems with the calculations. But here it is about single pieces (for now) and I have chosen a different way of finding the right volume. I will show you step by step how I do my things;Naturally, I start with the matrix, with her help will bend 8 layers х 4mm plywood.

Joro, what kind of tools/machines do you use to get the parts in shape?

Joro, great respect for your work! Very nice results, the shown speakers are nicer than the original JBL models, which i saw in the net...
But by no means you should use a grinder as shown in the picture without any dust absorption for "forming" mdf or "Spanplatte" or even natural wood. This is not "recommendable" for use in closed rooms, you will inhale far too much dust, and it should be asked if its worth the danger... “Any unbiased and reasonable person would find laughable Justice Alito’s ‘the dog ate my homework, and I didn’t even know I had homework’ defense,”

Actually, MDF processing is the most harmless. The particles of beech and oak are far more dangerous. I have already gained experience and I am trying to protect myself.

At the first photo, the red line is the waterline,must be fill with water next to it / everything must be perfectly horizontally!/.
I measure the weight of the my vented inner construction - 3.5 kg. -The amount of water is 42 l. in the box; the average value relative to the density of MDF is 0.75 kg. of a cubic decimeter,3,5/0,75=4,7l, 42-4,7l= 37.3l more than what's needed - what's next? The problem is that my investor likes the vision of the column.The decrease in volume must occur inside the construction of the cabinet.This sends the project in a more initial phase,we have a new requirement for the project, another W18 EX001.The old project stayed in the past ... And this is the new interior design;

After preprocessing of the internal ribbing I can now start collecting the cabinets.
Now I can make the exact measurement of the volume. And that's 31.5l, just as much as I need! Oh, l forget to show you what I did to get that volume! I maked a filter compartment (for the MW and TW), the W section will be in the box; I am distracted, excuse me! I previously make the last layer-10 mm MDF / to get a sandwich construction / on the front panel and the bottom; Last constructive action ; After 10 hours I will install the last layers of 2 x 4 mm bent MDF.
