I will open an interesting (for me) topic, the seasonal movement of the MDF material.
You assemble aLL of  details in konstrukcion, everything is fine, but after two or three seasons, you can see all assemblies and details similar to this item:

I'll show you what is my solution to this problem, for more than 10 years, everything looks like it was at the beginning.
After assembling, I make a whale, with MDF waste material and a polyurethane primer to coat the workpiece;

The front of the stand is treated with 3 mm MDF;









Next part  -  painting with acrylic spray, I need to get an idea of the lines of detail (they are many)  and how they will look with the acrylic
 auto varnish;

Why does my head just see the imagination of a wooden carpet / parquet steam iron? Hey, don't wanna offend you great work. I couldn't do that and to be serious I really wouldn't have the patience to do so. I know myself! 
It was just shooting through my head.

There is no hope for this project to be completed soon, because I decided to change the project to the rear speakers and make them three- way;

In this way i releasing a pair of speakers 18EX..., I will need them for another project. Crazy, madness, just DIY!
