TELEFUNKEN TRX 3000 -Signalanzeige Anzeige

Good day! Every body
Please help me this thing
I got the TELEFUNKEN TRX 3000
problem is Signalanzeige Anzeige: 4 signal LED display
After running some minutes then these 4 signal LED display is not moving, they stop at 1st LED level only( all bright at 1 led only)
So pls help me what board/component has to be check/repair ?

At hifiengine is a SM of the TRX2000. The part for the displaydriving of this radio is equil builded, there are 2 cards "Platte1, Platte2" for the VU-Meters. Check at first the connectors and the voltages at this cards. The 4 displays are timemultiplexed switched. If all displays stay down, check next the "Taktgeber für Zeitmultiplex".
