Sansui CD-X317
Keine Offenbarung aber ich finde ihn schick, er "klingt" gut und ein Sansui CD-Player fehlte mir noch... -----------------------------------------

Yesterday I promised the story and some explanations,so...let’s start
Once upon a time ... (I think it was three years ago) I re-discovered vintage and Sansui particulary. A friend of mine called me one day and asked if I’m interested in Sansui TU-919. I fell from my chair of excitement (many years ago told him I'm interested in some of the top tuners (TOTL) like Kenwood KT-917,Pioneer TX 9800,Sansui TU-919,etc,etc). Of course I'm interested, bring it to me!! Very next day 919 was at my hands. For the past ten years it has been under the bed, unused, in plastic bag. Condition 9-9,5/10.Incredible. After inspection and over night warming – comparison with new Denon TU-1500... After just a few minutes, Denon is switched-off and sold very next day .The difference in sound was so enormous to be continued...

That's a damn fine looking tuner, pepa. The stuff in the background of the photo doesn't look too shabby, either

The stuff in the background of the photo doesn't look too shabby, either Thank you sir That old tuner has caused my great metamorphosis (from a normal person I became like a mad dog) .I spent a few hours per day (everyday) searching ads, ebay ...worldwide for Sansui informations and Sansui stuff.. I was so obsessed that my wife had become suspicious ... even dare to say that I am a bit neglected my family (did someone said something about the craziness) In the meantime, I met a wonderful man (Kale;some of you have seen his work and his Sansui restoration on AK) I was thrilled even more. And, my hard work was pretty successful. I picked up a bunch of Suis, met a lot of Sansui enthusiasts... Here are just some of mine purchases: to be continued...

Out there was 15 centimeters of snow on the road but who cares (not me for sure) I was driving like Sebastian Vettel ...and several hours later....AU-919 was in a warm home (of mine) Condition 9-9,5/10, of course and the whole family together to be continued....
